Flourish Framework
The pioneering work within our Circuit is conducted within the Flourish Framework.
The Flourish Framework is primarily concerned with providing an environment where new and interesting things can grow in our Circuit. Flourish provides a basket to hold new things, there are all kinds of opportunities and shoots of life and mission springing up in our Circuit, and Flourish provides a space where they can be held.
Flourish enables, encourages, and nurtures the growing and releasing of innovative and new ministries through communities that create opportunities for all to encounter, journey with and experience God’s love.
The Flourish Framework provides a way of nurturing and supporting a wide variety of things across the Circuit – from community hubs like Faithspace and The Haven to pop-up events in the city centre and beyond. It also provides a network of support and conversation for those involved or interested in pioneering and working around the edges of traditional church.
