What a weekend! From 3–5 October 2025, over 2,000 children, young people, leaders, and volunteers gathered at the NEC in Birmingham for 3Generate, the Methodist Church’s national Children & Youth Assembly. Representing the Bristol & South Gloucestershire Circuit, our group travelled together, full of excitement, anticipation, and plenty of energy. For many, it truly was a “journey of a lifetime”—a time to meet new friends, explore faith in creative ways, and experience the joy and inspiration of being part of a wider Methodist community. From workshops to worship, discussions to fun activities, 3Generate offered something for everyone. Our young people returned home buzzing with ideas, stories, and a renewed sense of connection to the Church and to each other. This fantastic weekend reminded us all of the vibrancy and potential of the next generation, and we give thanks for the leaders and volunteers who supported every step of the journey.
